Shipping and returns
How long does shipping take?
- Lilac Live has a large collection of SKITSO lamps in stock. Anything in stock and ordered before 2 p.m. on a business day is usually delivered within 48 hours.
- Should you want an item that we do not have in stock, you can expect a delivery time of 2-3 weeks. This SKITSO lamp(s) will then be made for you on request in Greece, in the SKITSO atelier.

Is there a warranty on the products?
- SKITSO products are guaranteed for the electrical part. The fixtures undergo many quality checks before shipping, but in the rare case that the customer (retail or end customer) receives a product with a defective electrical part, we will send a new one....
